Residential Loft

An open space home gym situated in an expanded light infused loft. New construction, this inviting space serves to support the family’s vision for their exercise space to be most accessible and supported by the adjacent lounging area. The area includes plenty of storage for movement based modalities, and is highlighted by a heavy bag and self powered HIIT cardio. A Gym Rax® bay system supports pull ups and suspension training exercises. A StairMaster® HIIT Mill and HIIT bike provide cardio for intervals. Completion anticipated for Spring 2020.
