Ownership’s vision is to deliver a best-in-class wellness environment within the ultra-competitive local Class A market. Scheduled to open in Q1 2026, the captive facility will reinforce the tower’s position as a premier destination for top-tier firms.

Rising 39 stories above Century City’s business district, the skyscraper was originally completed in 1990 and remains one of the district’s most iconic landmarks. In partnership with Johnson Fain, FDG has conceived a future-ready wellness environment that integrates performance, recovery, and lifestyle programming within a seamless design ensuring the space operates not merely as a gym but as a signature tenant experience.
