Century City Center

Century City Center is designed as Los Angeles’ premier environmentally sustainable high-rise office building targeting LEED–Platinum certification. A 37-story, 730,000-sq-ft Class A office tower now rising in the heart of Los Angeles’ Century City district. Over a decade in planning and development, the project represents one of the most ambitious additions to the Los Angeles skyline in a generation. Designed by Johnson Fain and slated for completion in mid-2026, it will unite office, retail, dining, and outdoor public space into a landmark workplace destination. An adjacent pavilion will feature a signature fitness and wellness amenity designed exclusively by FitnessDesignGroup.

FDG has conceived a future-ready wellness environment that integrates strength, movement, and recovery zones into a seamless tenant journey. Connections to natural light and rooftop gardens extend the wellness experience outdoors, while acoustic, lighting, and branding strategies ensure the space operates as a signature tenant experience rather than a conventional gym.
