As part of RXR’s comprehensive $300 million-plus repositioning, the property is being transformed to meet the evolving expectations of today’s leading corporate tenants. Originally completed in 1973 and designed by renowned architectural firm Harrison & Abramovitz, the approximately two-million-square-foot tower rises 45 stories above Rockefeller Center.
