Through various combinations of extreme heat, extreme cold, and advanced breathwork protocols, every element of the experience is customizable toward improvement in a desired area of well-being.

The first-of-its-kind facility features an immersive design that supports maximum cognitive and physical benefits.  XPT Studio’s wellness experience includes three personalized spaces with Plunge tubs and saunas for private and group contrast therapy sessions designed to adapt to the unique intent of the user.
